FREEMAN TRANSOM ADAPTER BRACKET — TWIN / QUAD

Put the 3548 outboard system on an existing Freeman hull. No hull redesign, no reprint.

The Freeman Transom Adapter Bracket lets TMRC's 3548 outboard motor system install on existing Freeman hulls originally designed for flat transom motor mounts, bridging the original transom geometry to support single, twin, or quad outboard configurations.

Legacy Freeman hulls were never designed for the mounting geometry or torque loads of modern 3548 outboards. This adapter corrects outboard mounting alignment, provides proper transom spacing, distributes load across reinforced mounting surfaces, supports higher-torque quad setups, and eliminates the need to modify or reprint the hull.

Recommended Print Settings

  • Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS-CF (recommended)
  • Walls: 4–6
  • Infill: 30% (Gyroid or Cubic)
  • Layer Height: 0.20 mm (required)
  • Supports: Not required

This part was designed and tested specifically at 0.20 mm layer height and 30% infill for optimal strength, dimensional accuracy, and vibration resistance.
