At Tremendous Marine RC (TMRC), every product is either digitally delivered, made-to-order, custom printed, or produced in limited quantities specifically for our customers.

Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital products.

No Returns or Refunds on Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

TMRC does not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:

• STL files

• Digital downloads

• Printable file packs

• Digital memberships

• Pre-order digital products

• Downloadable assets

• Custom digital design work

Digital Product Disclaimer

Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, all digital purchases are considered delivered once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.

By purchasing any TMRC digital product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final.

File Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their printer, slicer, hardware setup, and level of experience before purchasing.

TMRC is not responsible for print failures, setup issues, material selection, assembly mistakes, or hardware compatibility problems.

Order Acceptance

By purchasing or downloading any TMRC digital product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.
