Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

TMRC does not offer cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

  • STL files

  • Digital downloads

  • Printable file packs

  • Membership products

  • Pre-order digital products

  • Downloadable assets

Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, orders cannot be canceled once purchased.

Printed Products & Hardware

Many TMRC products are made-to-order, custom printed, or prepared specifically for each customer order.

Because of this:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Custom orders are final sale

  • Lead times may vary depending on production demand

Commission Builds

All commission builds require scheduling, labor allocation, and custom production planning.

For this reason:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Payments made toward commission builds are non-refundable

  • Build slots cannot be canceled once secured unless approved by TMRC in writing

Subscription & Membership Products

TMRC memberships and recurring digital subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation stops future billing only and does not provide refunds for previous payments.

Order Acceptance

By placing an order with TMRC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy in full.
