TMRC Terms of Service

Welcome to Tremendous Marine RC (TMRC). By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any TMRC products, services, digital files, memberships, or website content, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use TMRC products or services.

1. General Use

TMRC products are intended for hobby and personal use only unless otherwise stated in writing.

By purchasing from TMRC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Digital Products

TMRC offers digital products including, but not limited to:

  • STL files

  • Printable file packs

  • Downloadable assets

  • Membership content

  • Custom digital designs

All digital product sales are final.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are offered on any digital products.

3. License & Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all TMRC digital products are sold under a Personal Use Only license.

Customers may NOT:

  • Resell STL files

  • Share or redistribute files

  • Upload files to websites or cloud services

  • Sell printed parts or products from TMRC files

  • Offer printing services using TMRC files

  • Claim TMRC designs as their own

  • Create commercial derivative works

All TMRC designs, files, branding, graphics, and products remain the intellectual property of Tremendous Marine RC.

4. Printed Products & Hardware

TMRC may offer printed products, hardware kits, accessories, and custom components.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of these products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds or returns are offered unless otherwise stated

  • Lead times may vary depending on production demand

Customers are responsible for assembly, setup, installation, and safe operation.

5. Product Compatibility

TMRC products are intended for experienced RC hobbyists.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with:

  • Printers

  • Electronics

  • Motors

  • ESCs

  • Lower units

  • Batteries

  • Hardware

  • Slicers and software

TMRC is not responsible for print failures, setup errors, hardware incompatibility, tuning issues, or damages caused during assembly or operation.

6. Liability Disclaimer

All TMRC products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

TMRC is not liable for:

  • Print failures

  • Material failures

  • Hardware damage

  • Electronic failures

  • Water damage

  • Loss of use

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Improper assembly or operation

Use all products at your own risk.

7. Memberships & Digital Pass

TMRC memberships and digital passes are recurring subscription services unless canceled.

Membership benefits, discounts, included products, and content availability may change at any time without notice.

Sharing membership content or benefits is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

TMRC reserves the right to revoke access to products, memberships, or services if any customer violates these Terms of Service or any licensing agreements.

9. Brand Disclaimer

TMRC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any real-world boat manufacturer, engine manufacturer, or marine company unless explicitly stated.

All products are independently designed RC-inspired creations intended for hobby use only.

10. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any TMRC product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
