TMRC SeaVee 322Z Tower Upgrade — STL Add-On

Second-Station Tower for the TMRC SeaVee 322Z

ADD-ON PACK. This is an upgrade for the TMRC SeaVee 322Z STL Pack and does not include the hull, deck or console. You need the base SeaVee 322Z pack to use these files.

Take the 322Z from a clean center console to a full offshore tower boat. The Tower Upgrade adds a complete second-station rollbar tower designed to the same print-first philosophy as the rest of the TMRC line — every tube, gusset and mounting point is drawn to print clean, assemble square, and hold up on the water.

• Full-height rollbar tower with integrated ladder geometry
• Upper helm station with console and seat cushion
• Tower top with hardtop profile
• Alternate fixed radar-tower version for a lower, radar-dome look
• Mounts to the existing SeaVee 322Z deck and hardtop footprint
• Proportioned for scale realism without upsetting the boat's balance

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PETG / ABS
• Infill: 100% (towers and rollbars print solid for strength)
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Supports: Yes — required for the tower frame
• Print tube sections upright in the provided orientation
• Test-fit legs to the hardtop before final glue-up

Printer Size

Every part fits a standard build plate except the Tower Top, which is the only large piece. On a smaller machine, split the top down the middle in your slicer, print the two halves, and glue them — the seam sits on the centerline and disappears with a light sand.
