TMRC Flat Transom Outboard Bracket Adapter — STL File (Digital Download)

This adapter is designed to mount TMRC outboard brackets to flat-transom RC boats, allowing older hulls and legacy builds to run the newer outboard system using the existing bracket mounting pattern.

No custom drilling, no guesswork—this part is designed to bolt up clean using the bracket’s four factory mounting holes.

• Infill: 30%

• Walls: 6

• Layer Height: 0.20–0.28mm

• Top/Bottom: 6–8 layers

• Orientation: Print flat with the transom face on the build plate

• Supports: Not required

Recommended Materials

• ABS / ABS-CF (preferred)

• ASA

• PETG (acceptable)

Mounting Hardware & Installation (Required)

• M5 heat-set threaded inserts installed in the transom

• Use the 4 existing mounting holes in the outboard bracket

• M5 stainless steel mounting screws recommended

• Apply marine sealant (3M 5200) or 2-part epoxy between the adapter and transom during installation

⚠️ Sealant/epoxy is required to prevent movement, water intrusion, and long-term stress on the fasteners.
