TMRC Merc Pro 400 V3 Outboard — STL Pack

Digital STL files, not a physical motor. The TMRC Merc Pro 400 V3 is a 3D printable RC outboard: cowling, V3 midsection and swivel bracket, built on the TMRC 3660 V3 platform and designed around a 3660 water-cooled brushless motor and the proven TFL lower unit setup.

This version features a redesigned mounting structure for improved rigidity, cleaner fitment, and better long-term durability under high-power setups. Built for serious RC offshore applications.

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PETG / ASA / ABS
• Walls: 5
• Infill: 5% (3D Honeycomb)
• Layer Height: 0.2–0.28 mm
• Hardware: Heat inserts strongly recommended
• Increase infill around high-stress mounting areas on aggressive setups
